How does the membership payment work?We keep it super simple - using GoCardless direct debit, you won't pay any extra service or transaction fees - only your set amount. Want more beauty benefits? While $25 per week is our minimum membership contribution, you can choose to level up your beauty savings based on your treatment goals. Think of it like a beauty savings account!

What's the minimum membership commitment?To get the most out of your skincare journey, we have a minimum 6-month commitment period. This allows us to properly plan and achieve your beauty goals together! After the initial 6 months, you can continue enjoying the benefits or give us 30 days' notice to cancel.

When are the payments taken?Your weekly direct debit payment will be automatically processed through GoCardless on the same day each week - no surprises here!

When can I use my membership funds?Your weekly contributions build up in your Sunny Skin Club account, ready to use whenever you want to treat yourself.

Can I use my membership $$ for any treatment?Yes! Your membership funds can be used for any treatment at The Skin Bar Sunshine Coast - from wrinkle reduction treatments to lip enhancements, skin boosting to chemical peels.

What happens if I miss a payment?We understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. If a payment is missed, GoCardless will automatically retry the payment. Just keep in touch with us, and we'll work something out together!

Can I share my membership with someone else?Your Sunny Skin Club membership is exclusively yours! While we love that you want to share the love, memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

Can I pause my membership?Here's how our pause policy works: after your first 3 months of membership, you can take one pause break (up to 4 weeks) every 12 months. Simply give us 14 days' notice before your planned pause, and we'll temporarily suspend your membership benefits during this time.

Do my membership funds expire?Good news! While you're an active Sunny Skin Club member, your funds never expire - they'll keep rolling over until you're ready to use them. This gives you the flexibility to save up for your favorite treatments or use your funds as you go. However, if you decide to cancel your membership, you'll have 90 days to use any remaining funds.
